We have regular traders returning event after event.
Our large exhibition halls provide ample space to sell your wares.

Space to suit your needs

When booking at our larger Telford event the options are limitless, we provide a 6ft long table as standard with all of our bookings, but if you feel like you need the extra space we have booths available too. Additional space is extremely flexible and can really elevate your branding!

Wristbands included

All bookings come with two weekend trader wristbands as standard. If you've booked more than one table then additional passes will become an available option. These wristbands give you access from Friday onwards so that you can get set up and ready for the weekend.

Customise your booking

As we mentioned before, the space can be expanded out for as much as you need, but our table bookings can also benefit from extra customisation too! The Wrexham University campus offers our traders WiFi and power supply packages as an addon to upgrade your experience.

What options do you offer?

How much space do you need? Our exhibition and traders space is extremely flexible and can be tailored to your requirements. Our standard space is a 6ft x 2ft table and our booth space is customisable to your needs.

What can I sell?

The choice is really up to you! Popular items include: artwork, collectibles, clothing, sweet treats, books and anything else that fits in with the Comic Con theme. However, any branded goods you sell at the event must be officially licensed merchandise.

How do I apply?

Thoroughly fill out the application form at the top of the page and if you have been approved you'll receive an email with further details.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes, as one of the largest Comic Con events in the UK, we get a lot of applications from potential stallholders. We try to ensure that there is a variety of merchandise on sale for our attendees so if we have a lot of applications to sell the same product you may be added to the waiting list.

If somebody on the list cancels their slot you will be contacted by a member of the team to ask if you'd like to fill their spot.

Do I need public liability insurance?

All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance to be able to sell at our events. A copy of this must be attached with your application, faliure to attach this will result in your submission being automatically rejected.

Can I get approved on the day?

No, traders space is pre-approval only.
