To claim your complimentary tickets and refund, please complete the Refund Support Form by June 30th 2025. Please make sure to read the full terms and conditions before submitting your application.

Eligibility: This offer is available to customers who purchased tickets for the Telford 2023 event and have an unresolved refund request. Only the original ticket holder is eligible to apply for this complimentary ticket offer.
Application Deadline: All claims must be submitted via the Refund Support Form by June 30th 2025. Late applications will not be considered.
Ticket Allocation: Complimentary tickets are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Once a complimentary ticket has been allocated to a chosen event, this selection is considered final and cannot be changed, unless further events are added to the programme and an official reallocation window is announced.

Please note: A second wave of participating events may be added as part of Phase 2. If this occurs, eligible applicants will be contacted with the option to update their selection, subject to availability and at the organiser’s discretion.
One Claim Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for one complimentary ticket claim, regardless of the number of tickets originally purchased for the Telford 2023 event.
Nor Con tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If this option is selected but capacity is reached, an alternative complimentary ticket will be offered from one of our other partner events.
If a chargeback has been initiated through your payment provider or bank, this automatically voids eligibility for a refund or credit from us directly. Customers may not receive both a chargeback and a refund or event credit.
Proof of Purchase: You may be required to provide proof of your original ticket purchase for verification purposes.
Non-Refundable: Complimentary tickets are offered as a goodwill gesture and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or resold.
Changes and Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time, including in cases where events are postponed or cancelled by participating partner organisers.
Complimentary tickets do not include any guarantees regarding specific guests, panels, or experiences at any participating event. Line-ups and schedules are subject to change.
Privacy and Data Use: By submitting the Refund Support Form, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purposes of verifying your eligibility and processing your complimentary ticket claim.
