ENTRY & THE VENUE
An NHS COVID pass will not be required for our attendees to enter the event. We are advising everyone who is going to be with us over the weekend to take a lateral flow test before their journey to Telford which will support us all in keeping safe over the course of the weekend.
Should you show signs of any COVID-19 symptoms (i.e. continuous cough, changes to taste or smell, high temperature) then we ask that you do not attend the event and conduct a PCR test at the earliest opportunity and self isolate as recommended.
At the upcoming event we have capped the number of attendance to a reduced capacity over the two days whilst increasing our venue floorspace significantly. We will be closely monitoring the numbers of attendees in the event at any one time in the help to reduce risk to all that are with us.
Ventilation will be increased across the venue covering all halls and suites at the event and will undergo an enhanced cleaning procedure at the end of each day.
AWARENESS & VIGILANCE
We strongly encourage all attendees to wear masks where possible as well as including social distancing. Be mindful of your fellow Comic Con family members throughout the venue and within the local area.
Sanitisation stations will be positioned across the venue and we must remember that it is our responsibility to maintain personal hygene including washing of hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water whenever possible.
Masks may be required as part of access to specific activities during the event including signing and photo-op sessions over the weekend - Please note that plexiglass screens are not used in any of our photo-op sessions nor will masks be required in the photo-op itself. Disposable masks may also be supplied should you be without.
Our dedicated staff will be on-hand across the weekend to support if you have any queries related to each area.
